Anthony Gell School Celebrates Another Set of Outstanding Results
Anthony Gell School is delighted to be celebrating another year of excellent results, with students in both Year 12 and Year 13 achieving very strong outcomes across a diverse range of academic and vocational subjects.
This year’s record-breaking results reflect the dedication, resilience and ambition shown by students throughout their studies, supported by the expertise and commitment of staff, families and the wider school community. Students have secured progression to a wide range of destinations, including leading universities, degree apprenticeships, employment opportunities and exciting gap year experiences.
Headteacher Malcolm Kelly said:
“We are incredibly proud of our students and all they have achieved. These results are the culmination of years of hard work, determination and perseverance, and they reflect not only academic success but also the personal growth and maturity that our young people have demonstrated throughout their time in the AGS Sixth Form.
It has been a privilege to support them on their journeys and to see them develop into confident, capable and ambitious young adults. Whether they are progressing to university, apprenticeships, employment or taking time to broaden their horizons through travel, we know they leave Anthony Gell School well prepared for the opportunities ahead.
I would also like to thank our dedicated staff, parents and carers whose encouragement and support have played such an important role in helping these young people achieve their goals. We wish every member of this year’s cohort every success and happiness in the next stage of their lives.”
Head of Sixth Form Julia Moseley added:
“It is wonderful to see our students rewarded for their efforts. They have shown remarkable commitment to their studies and have embraced the many opportunities available to them both within and beyond the classroom. We are excited to see the diverse range of pathways they will now follow and look forward to hearing about their future successes.”
Anthony Gell School continues to build on its strong tradition of academic achievement, personal development and high-quality post-16 provision, ensuring that all students are supported to achieve their potential and pursue ambitious futures.”
