Anthony Gell School is proud to celebrate another year of exceptional A-level results, with students once again achieving impressive outcomes across a wide range of subjects.
The 2025 results highlight the hard work, determination, and ambition of both students and staff, with high levels of achievement seen across sciences, humanities, arts, and vocational subjects. Many students have secured places at leading universities across the UK and abroad, while others are embarking on exciting apprenticeship programmes or preparing to travel the world.
Headteacher, Malcolm Kelly, praised the students for their dedication and resilience:
“These results are a testament to the commitment and enthusiasm of our students, supported by our dedicated teaching staff and the wider school community. We are incredibly proud of what they have achieved – not just academically, but in the way they have grown as individuals.”
Among this year’s cohort, many students will be taking up places at universities and colleges, while others have chosen alternative pathways such as degree apprenticeships. A number of students also plan to take gap years to travel and gain global experience before continuing their education or careers.
Head of Sixth Form Julia Moseley added:
“It’s inspiring to see our students pursuing such a wide variety of futures. Whether heading to university, starting apprenticeships, or exploring the world, they leave us as confident, capable young adults ready to make their mark.”
Anthony Gell School continues to build on its strong tradition of academic excellence, holistic development, and support for all post-18 pathways.
